Last Sunday, we celebrated my brother’s birthday at a fantastic beach club in Zandvoort. As a gift, I decided to make him a painting based on a photo he took while hiking in the Toubkal mountains of Morocco.
Being terrible at planning, I only started the painting on Saturday, the day before the party. But I managed to finish it just in time to present it after my speech.
The painting was a wonderful surprise, and he loved it! I’m really happy with how it turned out, especially considering the time crunch.
And we were so lucky with the weather… finally a sunny day to enjoy!
